RSTEC Services

Delivering high-quality programs and services for every student

Our services are designed to support students and young professionals at every stage of their educational and career journeys. Through a combination of training, mentorship, and hands-on support, Roadmap to Success Empowerment Center provides pathways that help individuals build confidence, develop skills, and access opportunity.

College & Career Readiness

College and career readiness includes support with college planning, financial aid, scholarships, and career exploration to help students confidently plan their next steps.

We provide guidance and support to help students make informed decisions about college and career pathways. Services include college application assistance, FAFSA and financial aid support, scholarship guidance, and career exploration activities that help students plan with confidence.

Academic Support & Mentorship

Academic support and mentorship includes one-on-one mentoring and academic coaching designed to build confidence, accountability, and long-term success.

Our academic support services focus on building strong foundations for success. Through mentoring, coaching, and structured support, students develop effective study habits, goal-setting skills, and the confidence needed to navigate academic challenges.

Life Skills & Professional Development

Life skills and professional development workshops, primarily for college students, focus on professional readiness, financial literacy, communication, and career preparation.

We prepare participants for success beyond the classroom through professional development and life skills training. Workshops focus on resume development, interview preparation, workplace communication, financial literacy, and career readiness.

Social-Emotional Learning & Personal Growth

RTSEC provides programs that support confidence, resilience, leadership development, and self-awareness.

Personal growth and emotional well-being are essential to long-term success. Our programs support self-awareness, confidence-building, resilience, leadership development, and healthy communication skills.

Community Engagement & Service Learning

We provide opportunities for students to build leadership skills while giving back through meaningful service experiences. Through community engagement and service learning, participants develop leadership skills while giving back. These experiences encourage civic responsibility, teamwork, and a deeper connection to community.

Young Professionals Program

This program supports individuals transitioning into the workforce and navigating the early stages of their careers. The Young Professionals program is designed to serve recent college graduates within their first two years of employment, as well as individuals who attended college but did not complete a degree.

Participants receive guidance, skill development, and support focused on career readiness, workplace navigation, professional confidence, and long-term success. Services are designed to meet individuals where they are and provide practical tools for career growth and stability.
