DESCRIPTION:The Access Ready College Transition Institute is a one-day workshop for 2026 high school graduates and 2nd-year college students with disabilities and their families. In the workshop\, you will learn how to navigate college with confidence and advocate for the supports you need to thrive. \nThe workshop is a hybrid format where participants can attend in-person or virtually. Lunch will be provided!
